Please note, if you are a new customer and the item is over £1500 shipping may take up to 10 working days whilst we carry out transaction checks. You may also be asked to provide photographic ID in the form of a driving license or Passport.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days for full price items and 15 days for sale items,of the date you received it and we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item. N.B. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty
If you are returning an item please ensure it is returned in its original packaging with all booklets, guarantees and product tags.
Returns should be send via an insured and traceable method, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery as we cannot be held liable for any items which do not reach us.
Please allow up to 5-7 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed.

In the unlikely event you are returning an item to us due to a manufacturing fault we will issue you will a full refund and reimburse you for the return postage once we have seen proof of postage.
For orders under £1,000 the return cost is covered by the customer, Orders over £1,000 we will cover the cost to return, using Royal Mail Special Delivery up to £10. Please note that any additional insurance taken out is at the customers’ expense.
